By and large, it was well-maintained place with very friendly staff in their services.

Facilities were good, yet Wi-Fi was very poor.

This was one of the best hotels i've ever stayed at. It was class all-round from the friendly helpful nature of the staff to the provision of a comb in your bathroom!

Rooms bit small, dingy, tired looking. Sound proof windows or shutters a must when u staying on a main road in T Nagar! Was escpecially unhappy with the fact that when i had to check out early I was denied a full refund for my unusued nights - if you claim to be a business hotel, flexibility is an absolute must as this is what corporate travellers need above everythinge else

The staff at Grand Chennai By GRT Hotels was very helpful during our 4-night stay. We enjoyed efficient services and a brand-new, well-stocked room with a special personalized touch. The breakfast offered a variety of fresh fruit, pastries, pancakes, and eggs.

Service is very good at all levels. We enjoyed the meal and entertainment at Azulia--would like to see a few less expensive wines on the list.

Only problem I found was the AC thermostat didn't seem to work, so it was either on or off, and on was a bit too cool. The pool is indoors and in a windowless area.

The stay here was really nice, thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was clean with magnificent and unbeatable location short walk to best shopping area, and the airport. More than adequate and varied breakfast and the staff was willing to help.
